If you Google the story, it gives you all of the information. This girl‘s mother said she did not take her ADHD medication and that’s why she killed her nine-year-old brother. I find it hard to believe that something like this was a first time incident.

The girl who stabbed her brother also had self inflicted wounds on her arms. With this being said, I don't think that there will be much of a sentencing as much as there will be placement into a psychiatric ward. There are a lot of details that need to be sorted out by law enforcement and the courts before any kind of sentencing is made. her parents were drug addicts and criminals, she was also on medication among other things. Given the fact that the she's a minor, and that she has had a family past with crime, she will most likely undergo a name change to keep her identity safe seeing as this is the kind of case to go crazy in the media. legally not many details can be shared given the age status of the girl. This includes anything given on the case, so we will never really find out. Typically minors would be given juvenile confinement and teens (15 and up) could be charged as an adult. However, given her age I dont think any of that will happen. There will most likely be an attempt to rehabilitate her, or keep her in juvenile prison as she is most likely labeled a danger to herself and others. Given her history of self harm, I would say that is most likely the case. She will end up in a psychiatric center where she will be monitored and "treated" for the next several years (or decades).

This happened in Tulsa. The 12 y/o had been talking about stabbing her brother for weeks. She told her friends she was. She’d been off and on medications her whole life. Sad incident all the away around.
yea im blaming the child even though the parents could get her help its her choice and she made the choice to kill that child soooo kill the twelve year old
