my son in-law was just arrested he passed the breath test and the field test . they took blood at the hospital found weed in his system charged him with intoxicated manslaughter
When I grew up in the 70's and 80's cops weren't like this.They started acting like this after 2000, they feel like they're above the law and that they can treat civilians how they want, but they all forget that they work for us not the other way around, it's been a long time since i've been able to trust cops.
He actually doesn't like to have to spend time doing that, but cops love to profile when people exercise their rights 😂

that happened to me I wasn't even drinking and the cops tried to make the test to go their way in the worst way possible the one got fired for it because he was doing it all the time
I got arrested with a DWI in college, blew a 0.00 at the time, another 0.00 at the jail. Judge fined me $500 CASH, nothing on my license or insurance. No corruption in our legal system.

Nope because even sober most people will fail the field sobriety test you never take one never ever ever take a field sobriety test. The cops are going to arrest you anyway regardless if you nail every test you touch your foot you stumble just a little bit your eyes don't open exactly right you will fail every one of them
refusal to take a field sobriety test means you get to go down town for a breathalyzer, you are not arrested or charged notice hes not in cuffs
