Dont know what happened, all I see is an officer being mighty aggressive for some reason. Even if someone was smoking something illegal, it didn't call for all that hollering.
There was a time when smoking in school was a little “no no” for grammar school where it was fun to try not to get called in high school. The boys could smoke and what they called a smoke pit outside. Now their laws controlling people from smoking to wearing a seatbelt and other frivolous laws taking away freedom
