us law says 21 or above. Knew kids like this kid. They are very troubled kids. Part of the problem is the home they are living in. Most have divorced families and live in abusive homes. So unfortunately 😞 they tend to lash out or act out. This cop was gentle with this kid. And this kid wasn't as bad as some kids I seen with guns. He didn't fight back. At least he isn't stupid. I seen some stupid teens that fight back and end up getting in even more trouble and hurt.
