Didn't even look like he fired a single shot..... Seems suspicious to me but I wasn't there, also from this point of view and with the poor lighting condition it just doesn't look like he fired his weapon. 5 officers / 39 shots that's almost 8 rounds per officer..... I'd say that was a bit excessive, especially after the guy dropped to the ground within 2-3 seconds from when the first shot was taken..... again seems a bit over the top and suspicious.
