my heart truly goes out for the homeless maybe I missed it but I did not see that individual spray not one person he is trying to clean his place of business or either was paid to do so just pick up your things and move out the way if you decide you want to sleep in late you have to find someplace else to go these people pay rent for their establishments those who do not payrent to Sleep in that area must vacate the premises think of it as a business owner you want your area to be clean and presentable so you can bring in business to put food on your table and to pay their mortgages or rent
