I had to step in with my own kids to show their mom that I was needed to be around even if we wasn't together she understood that when she got married told him my kids need their daddy and he's not goin to be out of the picture for anything or anytime I had to show
I think he's a stepfather trying his best to be a father to a boy that doesn't and probably didn't have a father. I only say that because I had the EXACT same experience with my stepson. He called his mother the B word, cursed, wouldn't clean his room, all that, when I wasn't home. One day, I had the same exact talk like this man with my son. He's 23 now, he was 8 when we met. Its not easy filling empty shoes. Much love brother!!

Wish my ex did 1/10 of this. All he ever did was tell my kid I was a joke and told her behind my back not to listen to anything I told her. The moment I heard it on his phone we were divorced. She ended up stealing, drunk driving, doing drugs and dropping out of school.. broke my heart.
