Uhm no ... she can't impose upon him a support number or dollar amount, based on a job he no longer has. In fact, she just wasted her breath by imposing that upon him. Why? Because he'll win in appeals ... and yes you can appeal or grieve a court's decision. In this case, she overreached bc he pissed her off. Normally she's dead on... see, I've been through this, not what old boy is doing by evading the Child Support, but by going to court and showing proof extent regarding my appeal concerning a decision. Short story, I won, the decision was excessive in my case and I further proved I had been there from the start, if not physically, for sure financially. My ex was fortunate she didn't go to jail, had a man done what she tried to do, we would have gone to jail. There needs to be mandatory DNA testing for any newly recorded pregnancies... this will empty or unclog a lot of family courts🙏
