I feel the same as he said about men hiding that from their lady. You are risking her getting something that can take her life! That is not love. That is being selfish. Be honest. You would be surprised at how much a woman would prefer honesty and find a safe way for that situation. I personally am not one of those women, but there are some. Be honest. Don't cheat and destroy her life so you can get some side pleasure.
