That is what I have been looking for in neighbors for 20 years. We moved 7 times in 20 years. Number one reason shitty ass neighbors. Landed on 10 acres in Texas with no neighbors. Happier than we have ever been. We love good folks but they are in limited supply these days. On a bright note they do exist.

Love it!!! I remember growing up living on a Cul-de-sac, all us kids in the neighborhood had water ballon fights and hose fights. parents weren't as thrilled but we had a ball. 🤗❤️

When I lived in NJ we would have water balloon fights, tomato fights, and snowball fights and it was a hell of a lot of fun. Afterwards we would clean up whatever mess we made. It was awesome! Wish we had neighbors like that here now.
