it doesn't work like that. it takes a crazy long time for it to become a rainforest like that. once it's gone, if you replant it, it'll only be woods. not a rainforest.
The Amazon is a vast, largely unexplored old growth forest. Old, natural nature is getting rare on Earth. Like my state, it has been completely clear cut. Every inch of forest here is seeds they threw down.. oftentimes mono species. Which is completely unnatural. Who knows what wealth of medical and scientific discoveries we lost for lumber. So, replanting is good and all.. but the important part is stopping the destruction. Even if your trees all grow, it is raining mercury there from the gold mining, which will inevitably make the land toxic. I'm not necessarily an environmentalist.. not in the modern sense, anyway. I don't believe the Sun God will eat us all in 5 years or anything. Love oil. Love nature. That is one place we should really stop messing around, though. There and the oceans.

Rainforest is different then woods and forests it’s the whole ecosystem that makes it like the animals will be gone once it’s chopped down replanting would turn it into woods or a forest not a rainforest and especially not the Amazon rain forest it’s a magical place in the Amazon not a lot of people understand as a Brazilian it sucks that this is happening to the Amazon it’s the earths lungs and there are pink dolphins and other animals going near extinction in the Amazon because of this bs
