Where I am, we are in Boston and there’s a pizza place just down the road and they use that exact thing. They just have a lot of grease that’s all but still very good. Had nothing like my whole life ever since I moved to Boston.

If I get pizza from one of the sorry pizza chains in the U.S. (Papa John's, Domino's, or whatever), sometimes the crust is right but most of the time it's too doughy and undercooked tasting. If I go to Mario's, it's always right.
