Never pick your back up like that in a bench. Crushed spine.
Not a qualified lift - keep your butt and shoulders on the bench. That was a huge chest lift and you will eventually hurt your back or shoulders beyond full repair. I benched 302 at 128lbs - clean. You can do this especially if you do it right.
