you are going to damage your back....take it from someone who has been in recovery for the last year and a half from bulging discs caused by poor lifting techniques. my arm and fingers was numb for 8 months. had to wear a neck brace..my right chest muscle atrophied and i lost half my right chest muscle. its no joke
