The back of his knees were supposed to be resting on the pad! That's why there is that red knob to pull the pad up or down depending on the height of the person! I worked at gyms for 12 years, and most people who get injured are the ones who just started going to the gym and have no idea how to use the equipment!!!😳😳😳😳
