dang.. impressive. that plank at the end is a very difficult move to perform and takes huge amounts of upper body/core strength.
I think level 2 is level 4. Level 1 is level 3. Level 3 is level 2 and Level 4 is number 1.
Now that's what I call stretching out.
5 is strength not flexibility
