He hit the tip or point of the plate!!! Safe!!!
If you blow up picture you can see him touch the bottom (black edge) of plate.

I think runner touches the point of the plate…
Catcher had the ball in his right hand and tagged the runner with his left. I am fairly sure he should have tagged with the ball hand.

The runner's path to the plate was obstructed by the catcher, "BEFORE" the ball arrived....(he was standing directly in the base path causing the runner to go around him)...the runner should have been awarded home plate, even though he never touched home plate~ 🤔😎
