This gets me...women these days don't know how to grow and be mom. Why do you need ur husband there to help w/the baby do you know how much stress my mom had taking care of us when my dad was at war they had no choice but to handle it, and they did!! 👍
I've been there mama. I had my 5-year-old a year and a half after my mom passed away and I swear I would never get out of the darkness. I tried to drink my way out and it didn't work. get therapy talk to people who are supportive and positive. take your baby out in the sunshine take them for walks sing to them I swear this little 5-year-old Angel saved my life

Postpartum depression is real, baby blues real emotions she your doctor your not alone many women go thru this 💕
The unspoken secret woman don’t share, I’ll share it’s ok , this is called Post Partum depression and it’s real and painful, I felt that way too, I was tired, overwhelmed, it’s an adjustment and I promise it will get better. That being said reach out to family, friends a healthcare professional who takes your feelings seriously, don’t suffer a lone. Your not alone, your not the only one, your NOT a bad Mama 🥰
A lot of women experience this,you’re not alone. It will get better but it does take time. Talk to your Dr. talk to a friend or a neighbor your hairdresser, you have to talk to someone. I know someone that had PPD. You need to find someone that takes you serious. Talk to your husband he might mention it to men and work and they could even say there wife went through the samething. This could become a support person for you. 🙏🙏🙏It will pass and you will be madly in love w your baby and your life.

Go to your doctor, please tell them how you feel.and there’s help for you. Talk to your husband to. This happens to other women too
you need to reach out to your closest family member/ friend and go to the doctors. they will help. 💕

try to change your depression to gratitude for having a healthy baby. it is a daily mind set.. another tool to help. see a psych doc.

44 years ago I suffered from postpartum depression, I felt awful, called my Mum, she said it was baby blues, it was more than the blues. I got help
I went on antidepressants after my second child and started seeing a therapist.
Anyone going through this or unsure of yourself, please ask for help and don’t hesitate, let others know what you’re feeling. Sometimes we all need help and understanding from others to get through it all.

PP is VERY much real and you need to get help ASAP ,I had pp didn't want to do anything but sit and cry. thank God my mother and sister came and helped. my son 14 and I was always happy go lucky so he was freaking out to.. MY dr gave me meds and helped for. awhile, but I still have depression and have had to stay on meds for YEARS I NEVER was the same .Every ones different 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I went through this psychosis and everything I was wondering a thousand women I get it and it's horrible but you do get better after 6 weeks
did have a couple boyts throughout but God got me through it
