My daughter just had her 4th child, and her husband offers no help. She has depression, and the stress has caused her milk to dry up. All we need is a little help every so often, I think it's fair considering what we go through giving birth and raising kids. Side note my girl found out her hubby of 14 years has cheated since the beginning 💔 please 🙏🏼 for her if you believe because this sweetheart has been the wife men would love to have and now she thinks she is worthless 😭
Must men are no help but they sure like to show the little ones off. A mother should never have to ask the husband/father for a few hours a month just to breathe. Most men are not right in their thinking.

I'm all about self care. But watching someone write to just wait till the kids are in bed obviously doesn't have multiple crotch rockets running around. by the time that time comes we are ready for bed as well!!

Men have no idea what it is to be a stay at home mom. It’s the hardest job in the world if you’re doing it right. You don’t even have time to use the bathroom by yourself. Take those kids for a few hours man. They’re yours too.
Dont make her explain herself, AGAIN just do it, and maybe video the final product over dinner that you have prepared for her

That’s crazy how a lot of moms neglect themselves once they have babies. It’s okay to leave the baby alone asleep Or have them with you in a Boucher or portable baby sleeper while you shower and take care of yourself self. That’s is the reason why they have baby monitors
