I 💯 feel what Tracy is saying. When you set your standars high the personal price you pay can sometimes be high! You're making your way in the world and hopefully someone with your same valuesand dreams is willing to join you! However, that often times doesn't happen. of course if she just wanted someone in her bed...she can get that! But she's saying I want a partnership as well as love. It's a common sacrifice for professional woman who are unwilling to settle!

She doesn’t need a man for finances. She says “…make my life better…” This doesn’t mean make more money, be more famous, etc.. It means my life is great so a man cannot take away, tear down or destroy what she has built. He has to accentuate and add something to her life she doesn’t already have. She doesn’t want a boring log, a man child, a loser, a leech, a fool, a cheater or any other unpleasant thing that will make her life worse. Mr. Wrong could be my and other women’s nightmare. We prefer being single over being with the wrong partner as she stated.
