He paid his lawyer back for fronting money to cover a debt and when he wrote it in he put it down as lawyer fees or counseling fees something and he paid him back 34 different increments but it was for one payment and they escalated that and upgraded it to felonies because it was a misdemeanor had never been turned into a felony prior to that probably won't ever be done again They not only violated the Constitution and eventually it'll come out in court and they'll get it straight but they still come up with the 34 convictions for one actual mislabeled payment but because he made 34 payments which was all for the same reimbursement they determined that he deserved 34 individual cases on that which had never been done in the history of New York ever! So anyone with a brain nose that they changed up the charges and they pushed them to be labeled as a felony but they were actually misdemeanors so no he was not treated fairly and I believe that eventually those charges will be dropped!

The DA pulled a CLOSED CIVIL case in tiny pieces, rearranging verbiage to CREATE felonies. It was the FIRST and ONLY time in the history of the U.S. Justice system that this had been done. Opening a door for DAs with a degree of power to REOPEN cases to REJUDICATED them to THEIR specifications. This leaves the ENTIRE U.S. population in jeopardy of having this legal gymnastics being used against them as a powerful tool.
