you're forgetting about the Alien Enemies Act. there's reasons there's amendments and other articles in place that come into play. plus yiure forgetting that the wonderful thing about the Constitution, is that IT CAN BE CHANGED!!. you all seem to forget that. (to amend: to change, to make different. Hence AMENDment.) its not permanent, its not all powerful. other than that, I really dont know why yiure bothering to read and give definitions. well I do. its because people are stupid and think youre saying something new or smart just because they're too lazy to have learned it. guess im just different than most people and have actually educated myself.
