There was a stay issued to “protect him from a rival gang in El Salvador”, so he admitted he was a gang member. The president of El Salvador has stated that rival gang has been eliminated, so he should not be “protected” from them any longer…he needed to be repatriated back to his home country. His wife and child can join him there if they want to be with him.

he is in El Salvadorian citizen. like so many politicians they forget to put in evidence that matters like the fact that in 2019 two immigration judges upholded the fact that he was an MS-13 and one of those immigration judges at the time said he could not be deported back to El Salvador agreeing with the defense which their posture was that a rival gang, let me repeat that a rival gang would go after him. fast forward to 2025 and El Salvador is one of the safest places on Earth. so that's pretty much a mood point with the exception of Democrats wanting to still fight for this knowing the fact that he will be deported again but then again Democrats love to waste money.
