I am a vet and notice that things don’t move as fast when trying to get help. I hate to hear that about the nurses however, a lot of them voted for Trump so they got what they wanted. Licensed Therapist and Psychiatrist at the VA here... Trump cut funding for suicide prevention for veterans. He's also cut funding for addiction services for vets. We were already short staffed and have lost 22% of our staff. I could make triple my salary in the private sector. I choose to help vets because I am one as my father and grandfather before me.
