Cat's get bored, they are always looking for fun wherever they can. I've got 6 cats I rescued, 3 from small kittens and 3 shortly after birth with their eyes still closed. They're about 5 years old now but still inquisitive enough to get into everything. They have to inspect everything that comes into the house, and want to crawl into every space with a door or drawer. They've found they can open any cabinet door anytime they feel like it. Should a noise outside or inside catch one of their attention and take off running they all head in different directions knocking things over and hiding like they're being staked just like this car in video.
