Does anyone in these comments work in the hospitality industry? Do you know the liability factors of swimming in a pool without a lifeguard or staff around without protection? What is racist about breaking the rules? The pool closes at 10pm and opens at 9am not 4am that's breaking the rules of the hotel and because you don't know, also the laws of that state! Please know there are laws about pool operations! She was doing her job, breaking the rules says I under I must leave the hotel if i do. It's on the back of the door. 😲
If you already paid then dispute the charge because I would not be paying regardless of whether the pool was open or closed. You don’t kick people out at 4am because you’re upset.

I worked for a prominent hotel chain for many years. I can't count how many times people were in the hot tub if pool after hours. we never kicked them out of the property. we politely told them to get out of the pool and reminded them of the hotel pool hours. there is no need to kick them off the property .

the fact that it's 4am, they only had 7 hours left to stay plus it wasn't like she woke them up anyway.. the worker wasn't nasty she just doing her job. if they weren't following the rules of the property what's to say they were following the rest of the rules... I'm all about fighting racism, this wasn't racist. The worker didn't yell and wasn't name calling.. the fact that the guest was recording tells me they knew they were in the wrong.
