Pools are STRICTLY monitored by the City or County Health Department! The hotel pool could be fined AND shut down, depending on Public Health Standards in that area! Rules are there for a REASON!
If you already paid then dispute the charge because I would not be paying regardless of whether the pool was open or closed. You don’t kick people out at 4am because you’re upset.
