Swimming at 4am with the lights off?!! This screams entitlement by the patrons!! Not racism by staff!! Get real!! They are lucky they weren’t charged with disturbing the piece and disorderly conduct!!
It always amazes me that people often times, ridicule the staff or responsible person when people break rules. Rules are in place for a reason. Follow the rules or face the consequences. Start holding the people who break rules responsible for breaking those rules.
A warning would have been sufficient. Throwing them out was just a show of power, especially calling the police. Racist Ken and Karen!😲😲

I feel like this woman could have given them a warning first. Not going straight to kicking them out at 4am.
They can't kick them out. if the pool was accessible they weren't asked to leave, while in the pool, the motel has no legal authority to evict them. Let them call popo.

BS, you're paying for a hotel stay. If that is not in a procedure and / or policy that you would be asked to leave without any reimbursement for swimming after hours. You're not trespassing, just swimming, and if the pool is closed, then the door should be locked. It could have been a child.

ummmm every place I've seen actually locks the pool when its closed so this would never be an issue...yes even with key cards, once closing time comes the cards will no longer work on the door. 😲
