sounds like the mother is a horrible mother why is she that late to pick up her kid without calling or anything thats on her as a bad parent
"Plantation" Daycare??????....... I wouldn't send my kid nowhere with that name to begin with
that window definitely would have been broken
they clearly didn't contact her cause the law would've been involved if it's that late that's sad
See I see this in a different light. In order for that to happen you would have been major late for pick up. So in fact she would have not been left behind if you had been there for pick up before closing. Soit 50% your fault. JS
Can we say lawsuit
I would broken all those windows
I’ve worked at 2 different daycares and we did head counts daily. The parents ALWAYS had to sign their kids in and out. I understand mistakes happen. Sometimes parents have authorized siblings, grandparents. Etc to pick up their kids( which we still had to call the parent to see if it was okay to let them go) maybe in this instance is was a lack of communication or the last employer out didn’t do proper protocol when it came to closing. Either way it life. Things happen. Now if this is a reoccurring situation then YES cps needs to be called. Judging by the mom’s terrified voice this wasn’t intentional
LAWSUIT 🥱🥱🥱
Y’all must never been stuck in traffic because of a fatality accident. Or got a flat tire. Or maybe you have, but you have a support system that can help you out in a pinch. Shit happens. The only people who are wrong are the ones who left the baby alone and abandoned their responsibility to look after the child. Mom being late isn’t an excuse or a free pass to lock the baby up alone in the building.
sue 500.000.000.00
That poor baby girl..she must of been so scared..ya outta hand them over to her Mama..that would be justice..I cant say no more..Bless that little baby girl heart..
um im pretty sure you could have called the supervisor or someone who works there
I wouldn't have waited.. going through a window...mmmm🥺
I’d be sueing the fuck out of that place! That must be one of those learning centers 😂
Wether she was late or not you don’t leave a 2 yo by themselves in a building
They would have had to pay more but I'm not leaving any child alone
Did she called the school to let them know she was running late
Don't daycare's have rosters to check out the kids? If so why did no one check before leaving and call the mother. Another thing is that the child's mother should have been called after checking the roster and seeing that she was still there and if the mother couldn't be there in time due to work than a secondary contact should have been contacted (I'm saying this as a child with more logic than some of the adults here btw🥰)
She ain’t trusting day care for the rest of her life😭😭
Regardless of late pick up the wrong for that
When you let other people raise your children
Lawsuit id be retiring
Sue this center care
unacceptable
why was she late
there wouldn't be a windows if it was my child
why was she not there when they were ipen
I just don’t get why shes the only one like how long did you wait
everyone that works they should be fired on the spot
so where's the parent or parents at?
who was supposed to pick the kid up and why did they not pick her up before close why didn't the staff call someone before locking her in there
Lawsuit all day long.I might be going to jail for having to put my hands-on y'all, we're abandoning things punch out. I would definitely be in jail
I hope they get fired and go to prison honestly there is no excuse for leaving a child alone even if you didn’t realize it!!!!!!
How could these idiots leave this sweet little 1 all alone by her self, WHY????, My Curious Mind wants 2 KNOW, WHY 😡😡
that doesn't make the mom a bad parent. the staff shouldn't have left the baby there alone PERIOD!
Two staff responsible were only placed on leave of absence? No they should immediately be fired.
as a mother, this is absolutely heartbreaking. thinking you can trust someone with your baby and being shown otherwise. it makes you never wanna let your babies go.
They need to have a checklist so that when all the kids are picked up, they need to check it off so they know who is still there and who has been picked up . It’s not always the parent or guardians fault that they’re late to pick up the child. It depends on their work hours.
ya it dont matter kate or not as a daycare worker u stay till all the children are accounted for like a check list ect even if mom is late they wld have to wait and just charge for the extra time but to lock a 2 year old in there alone in the dark is crazy id be suing and I promise all tht glass wkd be broken so I cld get to her this is why my babies have never and will never go to daycare ever !!! I trust no one if my work dont let me take them with me they r with there dad and if he can tsje them I stay home cuz hell nah yall shld look at them suppossed day cares relieving billions to fund these daycare and theres not one child seen in them and when confronted they flipped out who r we sending am money to fr cuz they sure wasnt watching no kids
I would of called 911 and started breaking in
bust the windows and get your kid
Unreal
Police the window would of been broken and I would of been gone 🥷🏿
I’d break the door down I don’t gaf!!
I'm assuming the daycare didn't close in the middle of the night so she's there after hours where was she looking for her child instead of calling the police?
Yall do realize, they technically kidnapped this woman’s child. She legally has the authority to break down the windows to rescue her child
how could this happen
i got locked in my classroom In kindergarten... I was the quiet little dude that kept to myself and never drew any attention for anything. didn't ask questions, just figured stuff out for myself. figured out one day that I could take an uninterrupted nap if I just hid in a little playhouse thing. slept through the whole afternoon of class, woke up at 5 and the doors were locked and the lights were out. woops. climbed out a window and walked home just in time for dinner... nobody ever knew a damned thing about it 😂
wtf😳
This pisses me off they need to be fired not on leave smh poor baby I would Jane broke that door
bottom line you do not leave a child unattended it doesn't matter who fault it is it's not the mother's fault the mother's coming to pick up her child it's the daycare who the child was supposed to be under their supervision and protection common sense
everything would be smashed. parent is a dope
