That might be true but in the same aspect for police we shouldn't be allowed to fire unless actual harm is to come to us
While I sympathize with her, he has no way of knowing she's not there to harm or kill him or someone in his family. She's extremely lucky he gave a warning shot. We were trained that you shoot to kill if someone is in your home that shouldn't be there. In this day and age with so many on drugs, so many burglaries, etc, you just never know.
