The tray was lying on her left knee. She may be autistic. There are a lot of reasons that kid could be doing that. The point is that we’re all too quick to make assumptions about situations, especially if it inconveniences us.

It looks like to me that this child has braces on her legs. The person holding her should put the tray up. Not sure why he’s not responding to the sound of it or the lady in the seat in front of them. Also, I don’t blame the child because I truly believe there is something wrong with her!🌸
I would have reacted the same way as this lady, but would then give the dad a dirty look for not doing the same thing!

Thank You ! The only right way to handle the annoying situation. I’ve been there with my own children and I’ve been on the receiving end more times than Jesus can count and in those moments a parent or care taker is so tired land stressed out they just need a break . Try to Make like doable for everyone . And that may have just been a child so full of anxiety and fatigue she didn’t know what to do.
