It uses heart rhythm to indicate falsehood and truthfulness. my aunt passed one because she used a tack in her shoe. she lied and EASILY passed. furthermore, your heart rate quickens when you lie because you feel remorse, guilt or fear of getting caught. if the person is a sociopath that feels no guilt, remorse or fear, they will pass easily.
