Witnessed the aftermath of a major accident on the highway heading into Waterbury. It’s a reminder of how quickly things can change on the road. Two people reportedly lost their lives in this 3-car crash on I-84 West. Be safe 🙏

I take all customers into consideration. I feel for so many people who can't go out anymore to do any shopping on their own. With my eight in-store shoppers, they will take your order online as if you were the one shopping. 🧡 🙏

Nothing beats a balanced home cooked meal. Sliced steak with jalapeños/peppers, roasted asparagus, and seasoned sweet potatoes. A high-protein, balanced meal great for muscle recovery after so many delivery's. LG! 🫡
