Queen Mab

I have seen a lot in my lifetime—changes both good and bad—so I have learned that no political party has it right all of the time. My very Southern lady mother taught me that one does not discuss politics or religion in polite company. I taught English on the high school and college level, and I much preferred 9th graders over alleged adults. I remember missing days of school when President Kennedy was assassinated. I remember seeing the Beatles when they first appeared on The Ed Sullivan Show. And now I’m seeing one of the worst chapters in America’s history. I hope I get to see how it turns out.
