i believe in fairness to all. dont keep people locked up for life because you made a mistake years ago when someone assulted a women at knife point. Dont keep them held in a treatment center that says theres no treatment. if theres no treatment they gave for them let them out. i understand those that used a weapon or have a mental issue cant be on the streets but dont keep average 389 out of 400 just because you want too. other states can treat them why cant Minnesota. especially at the price it costs.
