Drugs are CRAZY!! He tried to break into the bar I run on a day we were closed! ( I was there alone doing inventory!) He then walked across the street to the post office and peed on their carpet. The whole time he was walking around with our pest control box for ants and a chain around his neck that he took off our back patio. Fence.
