In my professional life, I am a Lead Case Manager within the nonprofit homeless services sector. In my private life, I seek to illuminate the reality buried beneath the myth. Time for your reality check, Sacramento! You might want to grab an antacid first, though, because a lot of what I have to share is quite infuriating. All of the information I share, has been gained through my own personal experiences whilst on loan to the City of Sacramento. I was in the belly of the beast and I can tell you exactly why the homeless crisis only gets worse the more money the City gets. (Hint: City WANTS more homeless so they can claim more aid due to greater need. The greater their need, the greater their greed!)
